Product description

Taige  gravure solvent laminating printing ink generally cater to several kinds of films for gravure printing,with the printing range from low speed to high for gravure rotary printing machines .It has outstanding laminating performance and is up to the mustard of food package ,which smell light ,without benzene and ketone.

Characteristics 

1.Suitable for several kinds of plastic films.-------bright colorful,high luster.

2.Excellent printability and hot adhesiveness------ It is suitable for printing with all of gravure rotary printing machines with high or low speed.

3.It lefts low odor and very little solvent residue,no benzene and ketone.------cater to all kinds of food /cold drink/ powdered milk package.

Application

PET film-- Treatment level/Dyne level should be more than 48 dyne

Nylon film-- Treatment level/Dyne level should be more than 52 dyne

BOPP/OPP film--Treatment level/Dyne level should be more than 38 dyne

Note:If use to other films,please contact with our factory.

Thinner

Suggested formula--(can only use absolute ethyl alcohol 100%)

Note--according to the actual speed and environment adjust the formula.

Printing viscosity 

White ink-- Zahn Cup #3, 12-16 seconds 

colorful ink-- Zahn Cup #3, 14-18 seconds

It should be adjusted according to the printing speed during printing.

Precautions 

1.It should be mix fully before use. Please use ink diluent to make the  consistency  low.

2.When printing  by less ink, long time to contact with the air and get the water,the ink become thicken, block the  printing machine and change colors.To reduce these phenomena,please use the slow dry formula and keep adding new ink.

3.Do not used with other type ink,in case affect the printing quality and laminating ability.Please keep store in the cool indoor ventilation, storage period of one year
